Inviting And Warm Squarespace Design For Therapy Practice
Annie Brogger is the owner and founder of Salt Psychotherapy, a therapy practice located in Newport Beach, California. As a therapist, Annie’s goal is to restore the places in a person life that have been shut down due to painful experiences. She and her client go through a process of healing, insight, and awareness that leads to a thriving life.
Here's what she had to say about working with our team: "I chose GoLive because of the work I saw on another therapist's site, and because of their rad, hip vibe! They seemed genuine, cool, and down-to-earth.”
For this project, we chose The Willow Template for Squarespace as the base for a Restyle Design. One of the main goals for the site was to make it feel warm and inviting, and showcase Annie’s offerings as a therapist. We added wave elements to emulate the ocean and added soft floral elements to contribute to the organic feel of the site.
Q&A with Annie
What is your expertise or claim to fame?
My expertise is coming alongside people to aid in the recovery of their hearts. As a therapist, I aim to restore the places in a person life that have been shut down due to experiences that were too painful to feel. Together, my client and I go through a process of healing, insight, and awareness that leads to a thriving life.
What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
Oof, that some therapists really don't know what they're doing. I really don't mean that in a prideful way; and after 17 years of practice, I've still got so much more to learn! But I would say, that it is a very interesting field, but there are many amazing therapists as well!
What does it mean to you to redesign your website?
Everything. Salt has been a dream of mine for 2 1/2 years, and I'm just getting started! I had a profoundly Divine moment when the inspiration came to me to name the practice Salt, and so it's been a sweet place in my heart that I've been nurturing for awhile.
Why did you ultimately decide to work with GoLive?
I chose GoLive because of the work I saw on another therapist's site, and because of their rad, hip vibe! They seemed genuine, cool, and down-to-earth.
