  • Our Custom websites are built from scratch, designed just for your brand and goals using your content. With Restyle Designs, we start with one of our premium Squarespace templates and customize it to fit your business and content perfectly. Visit our portfolio to see examples!

  • Our website packages don’t include any branding services, but we do offer a Logo & Brand Kit as an add-on. This includes 3 logo concepts with 2 rounds of revisions, a curated set of brand elements like fonts, colors, and patterns, plus a Brand Style Guide to help you use your new look consistently.

  • Once you book your website design with us, we’ll give you a handy checklist of everything you’ll need to gather—like images, videos, and the text for each page. We ask that you send us all your content at least one week before your Design Sprint starts, so our team has time to review it and spot any gaps. Don’t worry, we’ll be with you every step of the way to make sure you’re all set!

  • Your website design includes two rounds of revisions during the Design Sprint (5 days for Restyle, 10 days for Custom). You’ll get drafts of each page as we go, and you’ll have time to share your feedback and requests. If you want to make more changes after those two rounds or after the Design Sprint is over, we’re happy to help! We offer additional revisions at our hourly design rate.

  • All of our GoLive designers are highly skilled, produce top-quality work, and are supervised by our CEO & Creative Director Promise Tangeman. We carefully pair every client with a designer whose style and strengths best match the project goals and timeline.

  • Squarespace is designed to be user-friendly, so updating your site is simple and straightforward. After your site goes live, we’ll send you personalized training videos that walk you through how to make updates, swap photos, edit text, and manage your content. You’ll feel confident making changes on your own as your business grows.n

  • Yes! We offer hourly design work for our past clients with a 2-hour minimum. Whether you need small updates or bigger changes, we can usually fit them in within 1 to 2 business weeks. Just email us anytime at launch@golivehq.co to learn more or request support.

  • We do offer in-house copywriting as an add-on to your website package. Many clients find it really helpful to work with our copywriters to get clear, engaging content that fits their brand voice. If you’re interested, please reach out for pricing and details.

  • Squarespace’s Core plan is required for your website hosting and costs approximately $275 annually. As a GoLive client, you’ll receive 20% off your first year! Domain registration fees are your responsibility, along with any custom fonts or plugins your design may require.

  • To book your Design Sprint, a 35% retainer is due to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your Design Sprint begins.

  • Yay! We can’t wait to work with you. The first step is booking a call with our team to discuss your goals and check availability. Then you’ll sign an online contract and pay the 35% retainer to secure your Design Sprint week. We’ll guide you through every step from there!
