Laura Ritchie of Grit & Grace Co booked our team for a Restyle of our vault template Salt & Sage for Squarespace, and we implemented their smart, sleek, and creative branding into the design. It was important for us to be detail-oriented in the design to show off how detailed this team is from the beginning of working with them to the end.

Q&A with Laura Ritchie of Grit & Grace Co
GoLive: What’s something you wish someone had told you when you just started out?
Laura: Build It and They WILL Come. Patience is not a virtue of mine but the last eleven years have flown by yet still feels like we've been doing this forever all at the same time.
GoLive: What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
Laura: When we first started out I wish someone told me to just keep going. There of course have been difficult clients, hard moments and crazy situations and because we take everything so seriously it's been hard to not take things personally too. Pushing through and knowing that line between professional and personal is definitely a learned skill.
GoLive: What’s your best tip you could share with other entrepreneurs, business owners, or bloggers?
Laura: Create parameters for yourself. Knowing how much business you need to book each year and at what price point helps you figure out if you really need to keep jam packing the calendar. Being busy doesn't necessarily mean more profit or better work. Find the balance.
GoLive: What does it mean to you to launch or redesign your website?
Laura: Having this website redesign as we go into the next decade of our business is such a nice way to stay fresh, focused and show off where we are at in our careers. It feels like a mirror being held up!
GoLive: Why did you ultimately decide to work with GoLive?
Laura: We went with GoLive for the easy to follow process that was already in place, the design templates that already had us swooning and the turnaround time. Seemed like a no brainer and we are thrilled!
