Fun and Bold Squarespace Design For Women's Coaching and Mentorship Site
Girl Plus creates real connection and support for women on their path toward greatness. Their team works with women by uncovering their own strengths and weaknesses and then using tools and support together to learn, grow and connect.

For this project, we Restyled our Jada Template for Squarespace 7.1 to fit the fun, bold, and vibrant brand style for Girl Plus. Our goal with this design was to emphasize the content and resources Girl Plus has available for women. We made this design unique by adding fun shapes and patterns, and incorporating their bold colors and imagery throughout the website.
Q&A with Lisa
What’s something you wish someone had told you when you just started out?
As we grow, we constantly remind ourselves of the following things. Survey the community prior to creating, because you want to make sure what you create is what people need. We have to remember to surround ourselves with multiple perspectives, rather than a single voice, in order to serve our community.
What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
We have to slow down to speed up. We have to be authentic, intentional and supportive with every offering we provide, to be our very best for the women we want to impact.
What was the moment you had when you said, “I should do this” or what made you take the jump into working for yourself?
As a serial entrepreneur, I love finding "the gap" where a need or desire isn't being met. Whenever I find that gap, I get super passionate about filling it, by attempting to be the best with new, creative and awesome concepts and ideas.
