Rebecca Bender
Rebecca wears a lot of hats: educator, speaker, author, podcaster and consultant are just a few. Her story is one filled with hope, light and the pursuit of a life restored. Her journey to where she is now began with her escape from human trafficking. Now she is a thought leader, advocate, and consultant and her passion is equipping individuals and organizations to identify and fight human trafficking in their own surroundings.
ABOUT THE DESIGN
Rebecca has an impactful story that is the center of the various offerings she has, so we wanted to make sure her website reflected that and stood out from other speaker sites. For her project, we worked on a Restyle (customization of one of the Squarespace Templates from our shop) of our Influence Template For Squarespace. We designed a very unique and dynamic header to make her site stand out from the very beginning. For the rest of the design we paired bold fonts with hand drawn lighter elements making it edgy and feminine at the same time.
