This was a Custom Project we created for Dannie. One of our main goals was to create a website that aligned with her sales process and actual work, enabling her to serve current clients better and acquire new clients faster. We made this design unique by using modern and clean fonts with dark and moody colors in an interesting layout, with custom elements in places like the like the navigation, social menu, footer design.

What is your expertise or claim to fame?
In short, I am a passionate storyteller who helps companies focus on people. Between my day job at Google and my consulting/speaking/writing work, I am primarily focused on creating people-first solutions, bringing humanity and equity into marketing and employee engagement decisions.
What’s the hardest lesson you’ve learned in your business?
Niche down. I resisted niching down for YEARS because I was so scared of relying on a smaller pool of customers to get the same income. But "smaller pool" is really just a mindset thing. For example, if you're focused on real estate agents ONLY for t he work that you do, there are 1.3 million active Realtors in the US. You couldn't possibly serve all of them! No scarcity here.
What does it mean to you to redesign your website?
This website re-launch is HUGE. I've been in business 13 years and have had many many websites (please don't go look them up on the wayback machine!). Every time, my "style" has gotten darker / more editorial and every time, I've been serving more and more corporate clients. This relaunch matches that current state of my style and positions me well for some other exciting opportunities on the horizon too!
